ETA: Sunday
Emily, Nemo and I departed from Chicago at about 5:45 am. It really did feel like goodbye, although I’m sure the reality of finally leaving Chicago will not hit until later. We’re making good progress dispite the unseasonably cold weather hovering around 38 degrees.
We’re in Rockford now and we’ll hopefully be in Rapid City, South Dakota by sundown. Godspeed to us.
